My skin has been unbelievably dry from too much hiking, and sun. I made myself a little oat scrub tonight. 1/4 cup of oats (ground up if possible), a couple tablespoons of water as needed, a teaspoon of facial lotion, and 4 A&D gel vitamins pierced and squeezed into the mix (vitamin E if you have it). Mush it all around until the water is absorbed then mush it all over your face and let it sit for 5 minutes. Wash off. Tada! (Taken with instagram)
